Product enrollments are not new to the United States Mint but may be new to those readers who are new to the hobby. Essentially, it assures that each year, you get a particular product from the Mint. Most commonly, the Mint has these types of programs for annual sets (Uncirculated and Proof sets), American Eagle bullion coins, rolls and bags of various coins, and other products that they release each year. These programs are not for every product that the Mint has available so check the site to see if the program is available on a product you are interested in receiving.

By enrolling in these programs, which are free, you will be sure to get products like the American the Beautiful Proof Set without having to remember to go to the site on release day to buy it. The Mint will simply charge the credit card you have on file on your account each year. I personally use the enrollment programs for a range of annual sets from the Mint as well as the Uncirculated American Eagle silver bullion coin each year.

You can get more information about product enrollment programs from the Mint at this link on their site.
