The United States Mint has opened the Product Enrollment Program for the upcoming America the Beautiful Quarter Silver Proof Set. The 2020 ATB Silver set will go on sale later this week at $42.50 per set. The America the Beautiful Quarter 2020 Silver Proof Set features all five of the ATB Quarters to be released this year in Proof condition in 99.9% silver. The set is identical to the Proof Set for the America the Beautiful Quarters that was released in January aside from the silver content. The first set was the normal clad composition. As with all Proof coins, the coins are minted in the San Francisco Mint facility. Each coin will bare the “S” mint mark.
Sets will go on sale starting February 20, 2020 at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific. If you enroll in the Product Enrollment Program, you are guaranteed to get one of these sets first and you get free shipping (economy shipping is usually around $5). It also assures that you will get the final America the Beautiful Quarter in silver proof in 2021.
As a reminder, the 2020 America the Beautiful Quarters are for these historic or national parks:
- National Park of American Samoa
- Weir Farm National Historic Site
- Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve
- Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park
- Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve
The five Quarters will come encapsulated in a Mint holder and will come with a certificate of authenticity from the United States Mint.
