The United States Mint has released its weekly numismatic sales report for the seven-day period ending on Sunday, July 17, 2022. The report covers the previous seven days in numismatic product sales by the Mint and is separate from the bullion sales report. This week’s report shows that the Mint sold 203,235 numismatic products to collectors and investors. This is largely due to the release of the 2022 Uncirculated Coin Set which dominated sales for the week.

According to the United States Mint’s sales reports, it has now sold 10,508,674 numismatic products this year.

By far the top selling product for the United States Mint last week was it’s newest product release. Of the 203,235 products sold last week, 164,710 of those were the 2022 Uncirculated Coin Set. Indeed, the sales drop off to the second top seller, the 2022 Proof Set, is precipitous as that set had sales of just over 12,000 (12,710). Rounding out the top three in sales was the Mint’s other new product release from last week, the 2.5-ounce silver medal honoring the United States Marine Corps. That special release had nearly 9,400 medals sold of the 10,000 available in total.

Here is the top ten selling products for the United States Mint last week.
