The Newman Numismatic Portal (NNP) will be hosting a hybrid in-person and online event from April 27-29, 2023, as part of its work with the Central States Numismatic Society (CSNS) show in Schaumburg, Illinois. In November 2022, CSNS announced it was working with NNP for an on-site event for it show in April 2023. NNP has now opened registration for the event for both in-person and online attendees. Attendance is free.
The Newman Numismatic Portal (NNP) Symposium is back for our next event with a new round of speakers this April! Sponsored by the Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society (EPNNES), the entire event remains free and virtual, open to anyone to attend. New this spring, you can also attend in person at Central States.

What is the NNP Symposium?
The NNP Symposium is a line-up of presentations and meetings to be delivered via Zoom over a three day convention. Anyone can apply to present, and anyone can attend – all completely free of charge. We’ve held five NNP Symposia since 2020, all of which have been entirely virtual. This spring, we’re excited to partner with the Central States Numismatic Society to add an in-person component for those who wish to attend.
The CSNS 2023 convention will be conducted April 27-29 at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center, 1551 North Thoreau Drive, in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Illinois. The 2023 PNG Day will be held there on April 26.
