The Denver Coin Expo, dubbed “the largest coin show in the Rocky Mountains”, is currently slated to hold their Spring show in May 2022. The event will be held at the National Western Complex located at 4655 Humboldt Street in Denver, Colorado. The event is scheduled to be held May 5-7, 2022.
Like many coin shows over the past two years, the Denver Coin Expo was impacted by COVID-19. The May 2020 event was cancelled outright while the Fall event in October 2021 was significantly curtailed. While it is unclear what if any restrictions will be in place for the May 2022 event, the organizers are planning for the event to happen as scheduled.
Currently the event has the following schedule for the public:
- Wednesday May 4th – Early Bird access only from 1:00 – 7:00 PM
- Thursday May 5th – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday May 6th – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday May 7th – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Day passes to the event are $5.00 with parking costing an additional $5.00 on site. Children under the age of 12 are free. Early Bird access, which gives you access to the exhibit hall and dealers on the day prior to the event is $50. That includes parking at the event and a day pass for all four days. If you want to buy a 3-day pass (Thursday-Saturday), it is $8.00.
While it is still early days on the scheduled, right now there are slated to be nearly 150 dealers and other exhibitors at the event.
