Dennis Fish Appointed Chief Equity Officer of The United States Mint

The following is a Press Release from the United States Mint, announcing that Dennis Fish has been appointed as Chief Equity Officer. Fish was appointed the role earlier this month and will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity, equality, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives at the United States Mint. They were previously at the Civil Rights Center at the United States Department of Labor, where they spent eight years as the Associate Director of Program Operations.

Dennis Fish joined the U.S. Mint in June 2022 as the Chief Equity Officer. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives at the Mint.

Prior to joining the Mint, Dennis spent eight years as the Associate Director for Program Operations of the Civil Rights Center at the U.S. Department of Labor. He began his federal career at the U.S. Department of Labor as an investigator in the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Office of Enforcement. He then worked as a Senior Benefits Advisor before becoming Senior Technical Advisor in the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Office of Education and Assistance.

Dennis received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He lives in Arlington, Virginia.
