The United States Mint has updated its weekly sales report for the seven days ending Sunday, November 6, 2022. The report covers the previous seven days in numismatic product sales by the Mint and is separate from the bullion sales report. This week’s report shows that the Mint had reported sales of 15,894 numismatic products. The United States Mint has sold 11,185,610 numismatic products to collectors for the year. In this week’s report, eight of the top ten selling products were released this year.
Reclaiming the top-selling product position for last week was the 2022 Proof Set. The standard proof set saw sales of 6,311 sets, putting total sales for the year at 382,243. The recently released 2022 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set added another 2,186 sets to its sales total, which now sits at 32,531. Rounding out the top three in sales was the 2022 Silver Proof Set. According to the Mint’s report, the premium annual saw sales of 1,775 sets. Added to previous sales, the Silver Proof Set has now had sales of 212,674 sets for the year.
The 2022 Uncirculated Coin Set was the fourth top seller last week, with 1,715 sets sold, while the 2022 American Innovation Dollar Proof Set rounded out the top five with 327 sets sold in the week.
