The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven-day period ending Sunday, December 25, 2022. The report covers numismatic product sales, such as commemorative coins and annual sets, by the Mint. It is separate from the bullion sales report. According to this week’s report, the Mint sold 9,731 numismatic products to investors and collectors in the past week.
In breaking down the top ten selling products for the Mint last week, eight of them were releases from this year and eight were annuals set products. The top selling product for the week was the 2022 Uncirculated Set with 1,808 sets sold. This was followed by the 2022 Silver Proof set with sales of 1,420. Rounding out the top three was the premium 2022 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set with 595 sets sold, with nearly 11,000 sets remaining available.
