The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending June 18, 2023. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. According to this week’s report, The Mint sold 7,216 numismatic products in the past week, with all but two of the top ten selling products being released this year.
The top-selling product for the United States Mint last week was the 2023-W American Eagle silver uncirculated coin. Two thousand eighty-five of the one-ounce silver coins were sold last week, with total sales at 115,119 since its release. The second top seller, by a considerably less margin, was the 2022 Uncirculated Coin Set. The Mint reported that 494 of the sets were sold last week, putting total sales at 232,705. Rounding out the top three was the 2023 American Women Quarter Program Proof Set, with 334 sets sold.
