The United States Mint has updated its daily bullion sales report through Sunday, November 5, 2023. The bullion sales report reflects bullion American Eagle and American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different than the weekly numismatic product report. The Mint reported 642,000 bullion coin sales in the past week, with reported sales across just four of the seven products available for purchase by Authorized Purchasers.
Last week’s top-selling bullion product for the United States Mint was the silver American Eagle. The one-ounce silver Eagle had reported sales of 632,000 coins, accounting for 98% of all bullion sales for the Mint last week. The second top seller was the sister gold one-ounce American Eagle, with 4,000 coins sold. It, and the 1/2-ounce gold Eagle were the only two gold Eagles with reported sales.
There were no reported sales of the one-ounce platinum American Eagle.
