NGC Grading On-site at the Whitman Baltimore Spring Expo 2024

NGC will offer on-site grading and encapsulation of US coins at the Whitman Baltimore Spring Expo in Baltimore, Maryland until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. On-site submissions will be available for pick up on Friday, March 22 or by the end of the show depending on submission volumes. Coins must be picked up by the end of the show. NGC representatives will be at Booth 1221.

NGC show representatives will also be accepting regular submissions for all service levels to be sent to our office in Sarasota, Florida. The cut-off time for regular submissions is 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23. Services include ancient, US and world coin grading, PreScreen Bulk submissions, imaging and more.

Cut-off times are subject to change. Check with show staff for the latest information.

Submitters must pay by credit card or check at the show; cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.

Special Note: Due to the special handling required, NGC does not accept submissions of the following coins at this show: coins for First/Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (10 mm) in depth and coins that NGC requires to be submitted in original Mint-sealed packing, including:

These submissions must be sent directly to NGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.
