The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending Sunday, April 21, 2024. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 15,098 numismatic products in the last week. These sales were split between 2024 releases and those of last year.
The top selling product last week according to the Mint’s report was the 2024-W American Eagle Silver Proof. The Mint reported that 3,325 of the one-ounce silver Eagles were sold last week, pushing total sales since its release to 242,250 coins. This was followed by the 2024 Proof set, with a report 3,133 sets sold. Finalizing the top three was the 2024 Congratulations Set, which contains a silver American Eagle. It was a distant third in sales with 943 sets sold.
The fourth and fifth top sellers were both releases from 2023, the 2023 Uncirculated Coin Set, and the 2023-S Morgan Dollar proof, respectively.
