The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales report for the seven days ending Sunday, December 1, 2024. The report covers the Mint’s numismatic product sales, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 38,205 numismatic products in the last week. All of the products in the top ten list were released in 2024.
The strong sales of the 2024 Morgan and Peace Dollar Reverse Proof 2-Coin set continued last week. The Mint reported 13,119 sets were sold, putting total sales of the limited release at 162,465. At the time of this article, less than 100,000 sets remained available. The second top seller was the 2024 Proof Set. The standard proof set that is released each year added 7,602 sets to its total sales, which now stands at 338,092 sets. Rounding out the top three was the 2024 Uncirculated Coin Set, with 3,580 sets reported sold last week.
