On the first day of their scheduled meeting this week, the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) released the design candidates for several 2026 Semiquincentennial coins. The United States Mint announced today that the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury has appointed Sam Gelberd to the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) as the member specially qualified by virtue of their experience in numismatics, effective April 23, 2024.
