The Numismatic Crime Information Center (NCIC) has reported the theft of a rare 1871 Seated Liberty Dollar that is PCGS grade PF-65+. The coin, valued at well over $4000 thanks to its high grade and CAC designation, was apparently taking by a “porch pirate”.
