After dominating the United States Mint sales for the past week, the Mint is now set to add one more San Antonio Missions National Historical Park product for collectors. The 3-Coin set features an uncirculated sample of the Quarter from both the Denver and Philadelphia Mints while adding a proof from the San Francisco Mint. The three coins are set in a plastic card and will be priced at $9.95.
Featuring the familiar George Washington Obverse, the Reverse is set to symbolize the heritage and culture surrounding the San Antonio Missions.
The reverse (tails) design depicts elements of the Spanish Colonial Real coin to pay tribute to the missions. Within the quadrants are symbols of the missions: wheat symbolizes farming, the arches and bell symbolize community, a lion represents Spanish cultural heritage, and a symbol of the San Antonio River represents irrigation methods and life-sustaining resources. Inscriptions are “SAN ANTONIO MISSIONS” “TEXAS,” “2019,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”

Like previous 3-coin America The Beautiful Quarters, this one will be in a plastic holder with a picturesque image on the front and a certificate of authenticity on the back of it.
