Sales will begin at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific today and can be purchased at this link on the Mint’s site.
The Currency Note commemorative will have an uncirculated $1 Federal Reserve Note that will begin with the serial number 2020. The note is protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve in an attractive folder.
The note will be produced at either the Washington, DC or Fort Worth, Texas facilities while it will have one of the following Federal Reserve Bank markings:
- New York (B)
- Chicago (G)
- San Francisco (L)
Like the Birth Set and Happy Birthday Coin Set, which also went on sale today, there is no household purchase limit to this currency note. Further, there is no production limit or mintage limit either. This set will be available throughout 2020 and makes a great and unique gift for kids of all ages – even adults.
