The United States Mint will begins sales of the 2022 Proof Set later today. Sales of the 10-coin, 2-lens set will start at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific on the Mint’s site. This year, the set is priced at $32.00 and there is no mintage, production, or household limit on the set.
The 2022 Proof Set will contain a total of ten coins. It will include a proof version all five of the 2022 American Women Quarter Program releases in a single lens. For those who were unable to pick up the standalone American Women Quarter Proof set, this is a second bit of the cherry to try to pick one up. Overall, the set will include the following coins:
- 2022-S Lincoln Cent
- 2022-S Jefferson Nickel
- 2022-S Roosevelt Dime
- 2022-S Maya Angelou Quarter
- 2022-S Dr. Sally Ride Quarter
- 2022-S Wilma Mankiller Quarter
- 2022-S Nina Otero-Warren Quarter
- 2022-S Anna May Wong Quarter
- 2022-S Kennedy Half Dollar
- 2022-S Ely S. Parker Native American Dollar
The United States Mint has now disclosed how many Enrollment Program subscriptions there are to the Proof Set but it is possible that there will be a limited number of sets available on April 7. If you have not enrolled in the program, you can still do so on the Mint’s site. Note that enrolling now will be in effective for the 2023 Proof Set. You will still need to go to the Mint’s site today to pick up this year’s release.
