The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending June 25, 2023. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. According to this week’s report, The Mint sold 225,727 numismatic products in the past week, with the Mint’s latest release the most significant percentage of those sales.
By far and away, the top-selling product last week for the United States Mint was the 2023 Proof Set. The Mint reported 219,181 of the sets were sold in its first week of availability, and it accounted for 97% of all sales reported by the Mint last week. The second top seller was the 2023-W American Eagle uncirculated silver coin, with 1,311 coins sold. Rounding out the top three was the 2022 Uncirculated set with 1,228 sets sold.
