The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending Sunday, February 25, 2024. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 7,698 products in this week’s report. This sales total was down considerably from the previous week; however, no new products were released in the timeframe of this report.
Last week’s top seller for the Mint was the 2024-W American Eagle Silver Proof. The Mint reported that 1,355 of the one-ounce silver coins were sold, totaling 229,101 in sales for this year. This was followed closely by the 2023 Proof Set with 1,171 sets sold and the 2024 American Eagle Platinum – Freedom to Assemble with 478 coins sold.
