The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending Sunday, March 3, 2024. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 91,051 products in this week’s report, with new releases dominating sales for the week.
Seven of the top ten selling products last week were released in the last week. This included the Greatest Generation commemoratives and the 2024 American Women Quarter Proof Set, which was the top seller. All six of the Greatest Generation commemorative products were in the top ten. Additionally, the 2024 Liberty & Britannia Silver Medal continued its strong sales, with another 1,872 medals sold in the last week. Interestingly, for a fourth consecutive week, the 2023-S Morgan Dollar Proof remained in the top ten. It was the only non-2024 product that was in the top ten list last week.
