The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales report for the seven days ending Sunday, July 28, 2024. The report covers the Mint’s numismatic product sales, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 4,072 numismatic products in the last week, one of the lowest sales performance weeks of the year.
Seven of the top ten selling products for the Mint last week were releases from this year, topped by the 2024 Proof Set. The annual set had reported sales of 2,497, putting total sales for the year at 246,403. It was followed by the 100-coin bag from Philadelphia for the Missouri American Innovation Dollar. According to the Mint’s report, 1,155 bags were sold last week. Rounding out the top three was the 2024-W American Eagle silver proof, with 763 coins reported sold.
