United States Mint Numismatic Product Sales Report – October 27, 2024

The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales report for the seven days ending Sunday, October 27, 2024. The report covers the Mint’s numismatic product sales, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. The Mint reported net sales of 23,296 numismatic products in the last week. All but one of the top ten selling products were releases from this year.

The top-selling product, for the second week in a row, was the 2024 Flowing Hair Silver Medal. The Mint reported that 8,997 of the medals were sold last week, putting total sales at 49,996. That means that just over 25,000 of the coins remain available for purchase by collectors.

The second top seller was the 2024 Proof Set. The standard annual set registered another 4,896 sets sold to its sales total, which now tops 310,000 sets sold (310,393). Rounding out the top three sellers was another popular annual set, the 2024 Uncirculated Coin Set. According to the Mint’s report, 1,220 sets were sold last week, as total sales approach 145,000 (143,346).
