The United States Mint has released its weekly sales report of numismatic products for the week ending February 21, 2021. Much like last week, this week’s report is heavily tilted toward new products that the Mint has released in the past week and other products that have been released this year. Overall for the week, the Mint saw 77,860 products sold of its available product set.
Unsurprisingly, the 2021 America the Beautiful Tuskegee Airmen 3-Coin set was the top seller for the week. 15,345 of the sets were sold in just a few days of availability as it was launched at the end of last week. It was followed closely by the 2021-W American Eagle Silver Proof with the Type-1 Reverse. Another 12,972 of these were sold in the last week, bringing its total sales to 297,243. The Mint only produced 327,440 of these so it is nearly sold out. Currently the Mint’s site shows it being unavailable as the Mint is likely reconciling order to make sure they are able to fulfill them. I personally am still waiting for my order to be fulfilled.
The 2021 Native American Dollar made its debut on the sales report this week. The 25-Coin Roll from Philadelphia was the third top seller while the Denver roll was the fourth best seller. The 100-Coin Bags of the new Dollar coin from Philadelphia also made the top ten as the seventh best seller while the Denver bag was the 9th best seller.
