United States Mint Numismatic Product Sales Report – September 25, 2022

The United States Mint has updated its weekly sales report for the seven day period ending Sunday, September 25, 2022. The report covers the previous seven days in numismatic product sales by the Mint and is separate from the bullion sales report. This week, the Mint reported total numismatic product sales of 27,564 products for the week.

Annual sets from the United States Mint continued to be the top selling products this past week. The 2022 Proof Set took the top selling position for the second consecutive week, with buyers purchasing 11,192 sets in the reporting period. Those additional sales put the standard Proof Set sales just shy of 350,000 (348,186) for the year. Meanwhile, the 2022 Uncirculated Coin Set was the second top seller with 4,186 sets sold and the premium 2022 Silver Proof Set was third with 3,805 sets sold.

The 2021 annual sets continued to sell well in the past week with the Mint continuing to have ample stock. The 2021 Silver Proof Set was the fourth top seller while the 2021 Proof Set rounded out the top five in sales. The 2021 Uncirculated Set was also in the top ten selling products in sixth.
