The United States Mint has released its weekly Numismatic Product Sales Report for the seven days ending June 4, 2023. The report covers numismatic product sales by the Mint, such as commemorative coins and annual sets. It is separate from the bullion sales report. According to this week’s report, The Mint sold 14,062 numismatic products in the past week, with nine of the top ten selling products being released from this year.

The top-selling product this week, according to the Mint’s report, was the 2023-W American Eagle silver uncirculated coin. The Mint reported 3,597 of the one-ounce silver coins were sold in the last week, putting total sales at just over 120,000 (120,632). The Silver Eagle was followed closely by the Mint’s latest release, the 2023-W American Eagle gold uncirculated coin. In its first week of availability, the one-ounce gold Eagle had 3,525 coins reportedly sold. The third top seller, and some distance away in sales for the week, was the 2023 Congratulations Set. The Mint reported 732 of the sets were sold in the past week.

In looking at the top ten selling products for the Mint last week, only the 2022 Silver Proof Set, the ninth top seller, was a previous year’s release.
