ANA Offers Summer Seminar Grant Opportunity for Young Numismatists

The American Numismatic Association (ANA) is proud to announce an exciting grant opportunity for Young Numismatists (YNs) aged 13-17, generously funded by the Thomas Family Foundation, on behalf of APMEX. This initiative aims to foster the passion for numismatics among young enthusiasts and provide them with a unique educational experience.

The grant opportunity invites applications for the 2024 Summer Seminar (money.org/summer-seminar), the premier educational event in the hobby, which will be held on the Colorado College campus adjacent to ANA headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The weeklong sessions are scheduled for June 16-19 and June 23-26, offering an immersive experience for participants.

The grant program provides full and partial funding, covering room and board, tuition, and airfare for one week. Applicants will be selected based on a combination of need and merit, ensuring that deserving individuals have the opportunity to enhance their numismatic knowledge.

To apply for this grant program, eligible YNs must be full-time students aged 13-17. Applications are available at money.org/ana-summer-seminar-scholarships, where interested individuals can select “Summer Seminar” from the “Events” dropdown menu. The deadline for submitting applications is February 29, 2024, and all materials must be postmarked by this date.

For additional information or inquiries, interested parties can contact the ANA Seminars Department at (719) 482-9848 or via email at seminars@money.org.
