The United States Mint has updated its daily bullion sales report through Sunday, March 10, 2024. The bullion sales report reflects bullion American Eagle and American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different than the weekly numismatic product report. The Mint reported 828,000 bullion coins were sold last week, with sales reported across five of the seven available products.
The top-selling bullion product last week was the silver American Eagle. The one-ounce bullion coin had reported sales of 802,000 coins, accounting for 97% of all bullion sales for the Mint last week.
As a reminder to collectors, new and old, United States Mint bullion coins are sold to Authorized Purchasers and cannot be directly purchased from the Mint itself. The United States Mint updates its bullion sales report daily at 5:00 PM Eastern. USCoinNews publishes a weekly summary of the previous week each Monday if sales were reported in the previous week. You can find the report on the Mint’s site here as it is available to the public.
