In a Press Release earlier this month, the Certified Collectables Group (CCG) announced that it is extending its customer support hours across all of its subsidiaries. Customer support hours are now from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Previously, the customer service team hours were 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. The change comes from feedback from submitters and customers and is made possible by improved optimizations and technologies the company uses.

CCG is making this update to better serve submitters whose schedules make it difficult to contact Customer Service between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, as well as submitters on the West Coast. This and other updates related to optimization and technology have greatly improved CCG Customer Service over the last several months, and now CCG is proud to score above industry metrics in Customer Service.
