The United States Mint will begin sales of the 2024-W American Buffalo proof gold coin starting next week. Sales will begin at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific on June 13th. The production limits as been set at 16,000 by the Mint, but there is no household limit on the number of coins that can be purchased. The  United States Mint has updated its daily bullion sales report through Sunday, June 2, 2024. The bullion sales report reflects bullion  American Eagle and  American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different from the weekly numismatic product report. This week’s report shows that the Mint reported sales of 840,000 bullion coins, the bulk of which were the one-ounce  American Eagle silver coin.
