The programs began on October 1, 2023, and products will be available through the United States Mint’s website. Numismatic offerings are being reintroduced in phases. The report indicates that the Mint produced just 546.03 million coins last month, a 47% decrease from the reported production in August. The United States Mint has released its Circulating Coin Production Report for August 2023. The report shows that the United States Mint produced 1.03 billion coins in August. This is a slight drop from the 1.139 billion it produced in July. Indeed, all circulating coinage produced by the Mint saw a drop in month-over-month production other than the Kennedy Half Dollar.
