Site News – Transitioning Ads

One of my objectives for USCoinNews in 2023 was to transition away from heavy advertising usage to a more “pay as you go” model. Like virtually all sites out there, ads are a key way I pay the bills for the site. All-in, USCoinNews costs about $150 per month to run. The current ad scheme almost makes it a breakeven proposition. My goal remains to cut back on the number of ads on the site …

A small update for readers of USCoinNews, the site is now back on Twitter. I did not particularly want to do this, but …

Site News – Three Years and Counting…

On Sunday, May 1st, USCoinNews marked its third year of being online. The past three years have been interesting and challenging but have also been some of the most rewarding for me. I cannot wait to see what the next three years have in store. When I started this site, my focus was on the “normal” collector. That is, someone who is working with a budget, big or small, and trying to get the most …
