2026 will mark America’s Semiquincentennial, the 250th anniversary of the founding of our Nation. In commemoration of this momentous anniversary, the United States Mint (Mint) will be minting and issuing redesigned 2026-dated circulating coins. This one-year design change is for 2026 only. Today, the United States Mint will open up sales of its next United States military one-ounce silver medal. The medal honoring the United States Marine Corps will go on sale on Monday, September 11th, at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific. The United States Mint has updated its daily bullion sales report through Sunday, September 10, 2023. The bullion sales report reflects bullion American Eagle and American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different than the weekly numismatic product report.
