The bullion sales report reflects bullion American Eagle and American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different than the weekly numismatic product report. The Mint reported 464,500 bullion coin sales to Authorized Purchasers last week. Numismatist David W. Lange Passes Aged 64

David W. Lange, famed numismatist who served as the Director of Research for Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) has passed aged 64. Mr. Lange succumbed to cancer on January 16, 2023 after a three-year battle with the disease. Mr. Lange began collecting in 1964, drawn to Lincoln Cents and Buffalo Nickels.
