The United States Mint has announced that Mint Director Ventris Gibson has signed 250 Certificates of Authenticity (COA) for the Harriet Tubman Three-Coin Set. The Set, which will be released today, features a $5 Gold, $1 Silver, and Hafl Dollar Clad Proof coins.
