The United States Mint will open sales of the 2022-S American Eagle silver proof coin next week. Sales will being at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific on the Mint’s site on August 9, 2022. For the second year in succession, the United States Mint has confirmed that it has produced 2022 Kennedy Half Dollar coins for circulation. The news came early in July when Mint spokesman confirmed that the Federal Reserve had placed an order for 5.2 million circulation quality Kennedy’s. The United States Mint has updated its weekly bullion sales report for the week ending Sunday, July 17, 2022. The bullion sales report reflects bullion American Eagle and American Buffalo coins that the Mint sold to Authorized Purchasers for the previous week and is different than the weekly numismatic product report. The United States Mint will open up sales of its next United States military 2.5-ounce silver medal later today. The medal honoring the United States Marine Corps will go on sale at Noon Eastern, 9:00 AM Pacific.
