Mint Updates American Eagle, Morgan & Peace Dollar Release Dates and Household Limits

The United States Mint has issued a revised schedule for the release of the upcoming American Eagle Type-2 products as well as the Morgan and Peace Dollars. The United States Mint, for the third time, delayed the release of the United States Air Force silver medal yesterday. Originally scheduled to go on sale at Noon Eastern, sales never opened up with the medal being moved to a “TBD” status just prior to Noon. The report covers the previous seven days in numismatic product sales by the Mint and is separate from the bullion sales report. The United States Mint has released its monthly Circulating Coin Product Report, reflecting the production figures for May 2021. For the month, the Mint products 1.473 billion coins for circulation, a slight increase over the 1.320 billion that were produced in April.
