The United States Mint has released its weekly numismatic product sales report for the week ending January 2, 2022. The report covers the previous seven days in numismatic product sales by the Mint and is separate from the bullion sales report. The report shows that the Mint sold 13,461 numismatic products in the past week. The United States Mint produced an impressive 30.6 million bullion coins for sale in calendar year 2021. While this is down from the 31.7 million produced in 2020, it is still the second year in a row where the Mint has sold over 30 million bullion coins.
