Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) has announced that they will be performing a system upgrade this coming Sunday that may impact online services. Specifically, the grading company announced that on Sunday, May 16 from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern, they will be performing the upgrade. Effective May 13, 2021, issues before 1990 will nee to be submitted under the Economy grading tier or higher. Any items issued 1990 to today can be submitted under the Modern grading tier.
