The Numismatic Crime Information Center, NCIC, is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two packages, both of which were shipped from Beaumont, Texas. In both cases, the packages have not arrived at their destinations and both contained either PCGS or NGC certified gold coins. The first package was shipped from Beaumont to Wyoming via USPS.
